VW WACHAL a.s.
We are a Czech family company, and we focus on all different types of building structures. A stable team of our specialists will always ensure flawless and trouble-free construction works, which also respect all the criteria and requirements of the contracting authority.
We are constantly working on our own expertise and following current trends. And we learn from them: we build, for example, innovative energy-saving or eco-friendly buildings. In our work we start from the personal experience of the founder Ing.Viliam Wachal.

In 2020, the members of the management Ing. Ondrej Wachal, Ing. Tomáš Pinďák, and Dušan Gelien bought a minority stake in the company, and at the same time became members of the Board of Directors. This enhanced cooperation for the years to come.
We care of the details, we create a perfect whole
The quality of our buildings demonstrates not only the precision of each realization, but also the obtained awards from independent evaluators. Whether it is a successful design, for example, an unconventionally architecturally designed concert hall of the Prague Conservatoire, or perhaps the realization of the Svitavy Multifunctional Cultural Centre Fabrika.
We also received recognition from Tomas Bata junior: after visiting the new University Centre built for Tomas Bata University in Zlín, he asked for a personal meeting with the owner of the company that carried out the construction. At a meeting with Ing. Viliam Wachal, Bata then appreciated especially the high quality of the work done and the fact that the construction was carried out by purely a Czech family company.
All activities are carried out on the basis of official certificates issued by the competent authorities and offices.
We know what we built on
We fully focus on our customers’ requirements. In the field of building construction, we offer a lot of services. We run a building yard, warehouses of high quality materials and the state-of-the-art technology. And these are just the bases we build on. The biggest added value remains in our stable team of experts who always design the best solution for each building assignment.

How was VW WACHAL a.s. established?
It was in 1991 when Ing. Viliam Wachal decided to start his own building business. With his head full of ideas and skilled hands had soon brought him success. And out of the former three cooperating brick-layers, Wachal made a company with tens of stable personnel with the ever-growing number of satisfied clients.
The full concentration on the needs of our clients and the emphasis on the high quality of realized projects brings its fruit in the form of successes from the very beginnings up to now. In short, when built honestly, the individual bricks will give a firm structure. In 1999, the company was transformed into its current status of a public limited liability company VW WACHAL a.s.
